How does gym detection work?

XAETOS uses your device's location to automatically detect when you arrive at a registered gym. Make sure location permissions are enabled for the best experience.

Why isn't my gym showing up?

If your gym isn't in our database, you can submit it through the app. Go to your profile and tap "Submit a Gym" to add it.

How do streaks work?

Your streak counts consecutive gym visits. Visit the gym at least once within your timer window (72 or 96 hours) to maintain your streak.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account from the Settings page in the app. This will permanently remove all your data.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

Is my data private?

Yes, we take privacy seriously. Read our Privacy Policy to learn how we protect your data. Your location is only used for gym detection.
